Dietary Therapy of IBD

A characteristic feature of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases is a dysbiosis between pro-inflammatory and protective bacteria in the gut. A recent study by Doctors Leo Dieleman, Karen Madsen, and Richard Fedorak has shown that some dietary interventions can normalize this unbalance and have a positive effect of disease activity.
